Since all of our products are handmade, processing times vary. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days to prepare your order for shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you believe there’s an issue with your product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. For custom orders, returns are not accepted.
